English Discoveries has been developed in line with the most current theories and approaches to language learning and teaching. English Discoveries’ learning materials are the result of a detailed needs analysis of a broad and varied international customer base, as well as over 25 years of experience in providing successful adult language learning solutions. Edusoft pedagogical department regularly conducts systematic literature reviews and consults with experts in the field of foreign language acquisition in order to ensure that its design principles are up-to-date. The latest survey of current language learning theory was conducted with special reference to the recent ETS “White Paper” or Framework for Designing Second Language Educational Experiences for Adult Learners (Norris et al, 2016).
